Bloody Germans!
Even without an eccentric English hotelier telling you we all know that all the faults of modern day life are caused by Germans. From two world wars, the Eurozone, to the lack of sunbeds in Benidorms all inclusives. Loose lips from a German full back has seen, what is being describe as a ‘War Of Words’, when really it’s a Smattering Of Words, or a Skirmish Of Words, or a Exchange Of Words between an Auld Goat and a Young Pretender.
"I can’t understand why a professional footballer doesn’t take a good look at himself first before saying Celtic are a better team than R*ngers when it’s patently obvious they are not and haven’t been" said Walter Nosurname in a fit of rage not seen this side of Sally forgetting to drink the contents of his bed-pan, also not taking a good look at his own players comments in the press and, most importantly, like an auld-timer being visited in a home to be shown a picture of his grandson in the paper- to make the auld-timer feel proud before the nurse wipes his arse- and not being told that photo was being took as he was lead away from court to serve 10 years for beasting goats.
"It’s not Walter place" answered Lennon. "He is not Celtic manager and he is not affiliated with the club so those comments should be best left to someone at this club" continued the Ginger One and not missing a beat when questioned on the truthful accusation that our players have not been professional "Did I not make things clear after Ross County?" shuddering at those two words that will haunt him for ever.
In between the screams and shrieks of followers, wearing ‘I Agree With Neil’ t-shirts, and moist due to being caught in the throws of ‘Lennon-mania’ our man came out from his Battle Bus and proclaim "It was a performance from the team. I’m really proud of them" as we look up the definition of ‘great’ and if great says running around a lot, showing a bit of fight, hoofing the ball aimlessly and losing possession as regular as Walter soils himself then the Jeremy Kyle lie-detector won’t be needed.
"Over the piece we deserved to win" if we forget the hanging on in the second half and be thankful that all the chances fell for Kenny Miller.
As the Lennonism manifesto grabs the apathetic ones and makes them scream "Neil For Manager" the manager snappingly replied "Don’t ask me if a decision has been made. I will reiterate, they have made it clear to me that nothing will be done until the end of the season." causing more endless days of speculation and hopefully more joy as the likes of Mick McCarthy rule themselves of the running (sic).
The decision is now….whether to take the risk that we have the real deal or just see a rookie who is doing well with a squad that should have been beating SPL fodder anyway.
YIC.
