VfB talent injured in La Manga

On the last day of their winter break camp
in La Manga, midfielder Sebastian Rudy got something that no player having a wonderful season as he has wants to hear.
Laying in a painful heap on the training lawn, the 19-year-old got treated from team physican Dr. Raymond Best. It was clear that Rudy could not continue, so he and Best drove back to the team
hotel.
Initial scans reveal issues with the left knee. When the team lands back in Stuttgart, the U-21 international will have further scans and will get the prognosis on how long he will need to be
out.
