Devastating injury blow for St Johnstone loan striker Marcus Haber

After recently making his international debut for Canada in Ukraine, Marcus Haber’s season in Scotland is officially over.
The news was broken to the 21-year-old by boss Derek McInnes and club physio Nick Summersgill on Monday.
Haber had arrived in Perth with high hopes on a season-long loan from English Premiership side West Bromwich Albion in the summer. However, his stay has been cruelly cut short.
“Marcus has suffered a cruciate injury and his season is over,” McInnes said. “I am gutted for him. This is not nice at any time for a footballer.
