Too much Barcelona for an Athletic poor person of Madrid

Ibrahimovic... GOAL

A Barcelona – Athletic about Madrid invites to think about goals, incredible moves, recoveries, expulsion … finally, strong emotions. Far from those shocks that were doing of a football match the most similar thing to a combat of boxing, now the story has changed enough. For a time the Barcelona keeps on being faithful to the tradition but the mattress-makers have decided to put themselves in goals strike.

After seeing five to two with which it has gained the Barcelona to the Athletic one, I remain with several points, highlighting the notable teams difference at the time of defining. I do not know how many times I listened to the information and the true thing is that both teams have not been that far of his attempts of goal.

As it was of waiting for the Barcelona it began much better and already to twenty seconds, which it one would not believe if it did not see it, the blaugranas had already pulled at the stick. To two minutes they were already ahead in the scoreboard, to the quarter of an hour they were increasing the goals distance and to the half an hour they were doing the third one. In half an hour, when to the party he still has left an hour of game, the Barca already had his cattle.

The criticism will be directed to the defense mattress seller and to his substitute doorman, Roberto Jiménez. Undoubtedly it is the easiest thing but I do not believe that it is the most correct thing. The athletic defense was composed by international soccer players, and also, it cannot be that every year the error is always of those of behind, independently who plays. I would like saying the same about Roberto Jiménez but today the boy did not have his best day.

With the third one so much of the Barca, that one that fell down to the Athletic one of Madrid and our thirst of emotions, facts took place on the part of the places that they were exceeding. Let’s call the things by his name. If Dani Alves puts an absence great goal with the inestimable collaboration of the goal rojiblanco, and bearing in mind that only a third of the party takes played, what less it should do, and not only out of deference, is to be left of heels, of untranscendent filigrees or touches of ball that they do not lead to anything but to look for a hard entry. I do not also understand Henry’s attitude, throwing itself to the soil when the Barcelona had the scoreboard and the ball of his side. Incomprehensible that in the first part remains knocked down during a good moment later to get up without consequences in the rhythm of the party, for mitigation of all. I do not know that he was looking.

I do not want to forget Chygrynskiy, the calmest defender that I have seen in my life. I have found out for the transmission that Johan Cruyff said about him that was the best central one, with difference, of Ukraine. I believe it, certainly the Barca has paid for him a fortune, but more that to be the best central of the country should be the best player of the whole League. What momentazo gave with the transfer to Víctor Valdés when this one had two players of the Atleti to one meter.

Veron concerned by poor results

Veteran Argentina midfielder Juan Sebastien Veron claims under-fire team manager Diego Maradona is struggling to put together an efficient team of 11 players despite having a dearth of quality at his disposal.
Two-time champions Argentina last week slipped to fifth in the South American World Cup qualifying standings, a place below the automatic qualification slots, after conceding four defeats in their last five games.
While Maradona, who is still considered a football God in his native country, is spending this week in Italy at a spa resort, Argentine football chiefs have been holding crisis talks.
Veron meanwhile admitted in an interview with La Red radio station he was concerned about Argentina’s qualifying chances, and claimed that Maradona has picked players who are not on the kind of form needed to play for the ‘Albiceleste’.
“We’ve got great players but the coach (Maradona) hasn’t really unearthed his best team yet,” said Veron, a former Manchester United player who is now captain of Estudiantes in Argentina’s top division.
The last time Argentina, World Cup champions in 1978 and 1986, failed to make the finals was in 1970. After recent defeats to Brazil (1-3) and Paraguay (0-1), Veron believes they are in a precarious position.
“Anything could happen,” said the 34-year-old when asked whether Argentina were in danger of not qualifying.
“The fact is that there are players in the team who are not in their very best form.”
Veron highlighted Barcelona’s highly-regarded striker Lionel Messi, but defended the player by saying: “At Barcelona they play a game of short, quick passes which is different to the way Argentina play. Here, everyone expects Lio (Messi) to dribble through five players and then score a goal. But he can’t do everything himself.”
Maradona on Monday missed a meeting involving Argentina general manager Carlos Bilardo and Julio Grondona, president of the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and vice-president of world governing body FIFA.
According to Argentine press reports, Grondona intended to ask Maradona to delegate more responsibility to Bilardo, who was the coach of Argentina in 1986 when Maradona captained the side to World Cup glory in Mexico.
Argentina host already-eliminated Peru on October 10 before travelling to neighbours Uruguay, who trail them by a single point, four days later.
Failure to finish among the top four would force Argentina into a two-leg play-off to secure their ticket for the finals in South Africa next summer.

Barcelona Soccer Team Facts

Barcelona is a city long in love with sports, especially the Barcelona Soccer Team.

In addition to hosting the 1992 Summer Olympics, Barcelona hosted parts of the 1982 Football World Cup and has hosted the X FINA World Championship and Eurobasket. The city has two UEFA 5-star rated football stadiums: FC Barcelona's Nou Camp and the Estadi Ol?mpic Llu?s Companys.

FC Barcelona's soccer team is almost a way of life in Barcelona. The rivalry with Madrid rises almost to the point where Barcelona can be considered the Catalonia national team. FC Barca was founded on 29 November 1899 by Joan Gamper, who created the team colors of blue and claret from the Swiss canton in which he lived. Barcelona lost its first ever match with some English expatriates 0-1, but within ten years began a string of Catalan and Spanish championships lasting decades. FC Barcelona went though tough times in the rise to the Spanish Civil War and its aftermath, but was able to recover and by the mid 1940s resumed its championship ways.

FC Barcelona is a sports club containing basketball, handball, hockey, ice-hockey, figure skating, indoor football, rugby, baseball, volleyball and women's football, but the jewel in the crown has always been association football, or the Barcelona Soccer Team. The Barcelona team has qualified every year for the European competition since it was founded in 1955.

The club motto is "M?s que un club" and they refer to their stadium as "Camp Nou." In English these are "More than a club" and "Our Ground." Despite a slump at the turn of the century, FC Barcelona has assembled a talented team and once again resumed winning ways. The club currently has a five-year deal with UNICEF, wearing the emblem on their jerseys and paying $1.9 million a year for the privilege.

Among the many claims to fame of the Barca team are that it has more victories than any other Association Football team in the world. They also have more wins in the Copa del Rey, the Spanish tournament, than any other team with 24 victories. There are 18 La Liga Championships, 7 Supercopa de Espana, 2 EUFA Champions League, 4 EUFA Winner's Cups, 3 Inter-Cities Fairs Cups, 1 Inter-City Fairs Cup Trophy Play-off, 2 European Super Cups, 2 Copa Latina, 4 Copa de Oro Argentina, 22 Catalan Championships, 2 Copa Martina Rossi, 4 Coupe de Pyrenees, 1 Mediteranean League, 2 Copa de Ligua, 1 Copa Barcelona, 1 Lligua Catalana, 5 Copa Catalana and one Little World Cup. It is little wonder Barcelona has embraced the Barcelona Soccer Team and reveres it as a symbol of Catalonia.

It was exactly ten years ago back in 1999 that Man United defeated Bayern Munich in the Champions League Final to lift the prestigious European Cup , completing an unique treble of League & Cup Double ! Now exactly ten years later , these two teams would meet each other yet again in another Cup Final , this time in a Mini Pre – Season two day Audi Cup Tournament , evoking memories of that very special night in Barcelona where the European Cup Final was being played !

That very special night in Spain was on 26 May 1999 & the Venue was Nou Camp – the home ground of Spanish giants Barcelona FC . Man United Fans will surely remember the manner in which they won the European Cup Final in what will definitely go down as one of the classic European Cup Final Matches in UEFA Champions League History . Trailing 1 -0 for the whole of the Match , the Red Devils looked to be staring at the face of defeat , and with the clock fast ticking down to the Final whistle , Man United dreams of a unique treble ( after having already won the EPL Title & the English FA Cup earlier in the Season ) looked to be all but over …

But little did we know that the men in Red were to have something up their sleeves and managed to save the very best for the last in a dramatic late late show of an escape act , managing to escape from the brink of defeat , with only 3 more injury time minutes to be played , Sir Alex Ferguson’s men scored twice in the last two minutes of injury time to overturn the 1-0 deficit to a Final Score victory of 2 -1 in their favour .

Now with these two teams set to play each other yet again in another Cup Final – this time , in the Audi Cup Final Tonight , will Bayern Munich be able to exact revenge for the manner in which they lost the 1999 Champions League Final , by beating Sir Alex Ferguson’s men at their very own home ground at Munich’s Allianz Arena Stadium ? If they really managed to do so , considering their form in the Pre Season Friendlies have been very strong so far , the revenge will be even more sweet and complete , doing so in front of their home fans !

Or will Sir Alex Ferguson’s men make Bayern suffer the agony of losing yet another Cup Final , managing to do a unique Cup Final ‘ double ‘ over Bayern Munich , now coached by Louis Van Gaal ?

* Catch Man United vs Bayern Munich in the Audi Cup Final Tonight LIVE & EXCLUSIVE at 2.45am on Indonesian RCTI Channel ! *
