Fabio Cannavaro, one of the best Italian players
Fabio Cannavaro is an Italian sportsman who at present plays in the Juventus. Likewise, also he is the current captain of the Italian, champion selection in the Cup of the World of 2006.
Cannavaro gained the golden Ball, principally, for his work in the World cup. On December 18, 2006, Cannavaro was chosen like the best player of the world by the FIFA.
The golden Ball was delivered by the magazine France Football in which he recognizes him after himself as the best player of the Championship of the World. Also one believes that the allocation of the title owed to the exhibition during the period in the Italian Championship like member of the Juventus. There exist several scandals on this matter that insinuate the manipulation of the results.
The player born in Naples in 1973, has been accused of doping during one of the examinations in the party of Juventus vs Rome celebrated on August 30, 2009. According to the details, he had taken a cortisone injection one day before the party. The doctors brought the case to the Italian Selection and the player was finally sanctioned.
His brother, Paolo Cannavaro, also is a soccer player and he competes in the Napoli.
